Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Here is everything you need to know about cancelling a booking with KHATTS Tours.

Cancellation by You

• More than 72 hours before the tour: full refund of any amounts paid.
• 24 to 72 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before the tour, or no-show: no refund.

All cancellation requests must be sent to us in writing by email or WhatsApp and are effective from the time we confirm receipt.

Cancellation by KHATTS

If we cancel a tour due to weather, safety conditions, or other operational reasons beyond our control, you may choose between a full refund of all amounts paid or rebooking to another date or tour of equal value. Safety decisions made by your guide on the day (such as turning back or shortening a trail) do not entitle you to a refund where the tour otherwise takes place.

Cruise Passengers

If your ship does not call at Dominica or your arrival is cancelled by the cruise line, you receive a full refund of any amounts paid. Please allow sufficient time between the end of the tour and your ship’s all-aboard time when booking.

Late Arrival

Please be at the agreed meeting point on time. If you arrive late, we will wait where operationally possible, but a missed departure is treated as a no-show and no refund is given.
