Dominica is an independent island nation in the Eastern Caribbean, nestled between the French islands of Guadeloupe to the north and Martinique to the south. It is not the Dominican Republic, which shares the island of Hispaniola with Haiti in the Greater Antilles.
A full-day journey through three of Dominica's most iconic natural wonders. Hike through the lush Roseau Valley and into the rainforest of Morne Trois Piton National Park to reach the thundering 280-foot Middleham Falls, with a refreshing swim in its pool.
From there, venture to Ti Tou Gorge - a volcanic crack in the mountain - for an unforgettable swim (life belts provided) to a hidden waterfall inside. The day concludes at the majestic twin Trafalgar Falls, with the option to scramble over boulders to a secluded river pool at the base of the shorter fall.
